Anabolic diet before and after pics | Anabolic Miracle
I thought for my first post I'd share with you my results from the anabolic diet I have been doing for the past 4 months.
Check out the before and after photos and any feedback is welcome. I started at lbs and after approximately 16 weeks of following the diet, I have reached lbs. I've kept it relatively simple and have been eating high fat and moderate protein throughout the week, with 1 carb refeed day on the weekend. I have currently made it down to the final 15 to be sponsored by Promixx by utilising this diet, so if anyone would like to vote this would be greatly appreciated.
It may be sent to your junk mail. If I win, I will be having a professional photoshoot so need to be ready for it. Any advice on how I can make improvements would be great. I am hoping to bring my lower abs in tighter in the next 3 weeks. Do you guys think I need to add more cardio? Perhaps change my diet leading up to the shoot? Or just keep it consistent with what I've currently been doing? I'm also following the anabolic diet, have been for 7 weeks now, 4. What's typically involved on your carb refeed day?
I had mine yesterday and think I went a little overboard! Could you let me know what diet exactly you have done this on day to day and what work out days you did then? Out of interest as I'm looking to do this Do your calories on the 2 day carb up stay the same as the midweek defecit or do you go above? I haven't always been super-strict on the other 6 days tho. I had a few bits of pasta last night.
On my refeed days it's pretty much anything goes, I've never calorie or macro counted to be honest, which is why I asked the question of what's involved in cgjones refeed day.
I know I will be eating surplus calories on my refeed, however, I've used the anabolic diet a couple of times before, always with good results, I'm confident I know what works for me.
This morning I weighed in at 2 full stone lighter than where I started, 14st 7lbs. And I've still got 4 weeks today left of the cut! Thanks mate, sounds like it's working great for you I'm on day 3 of it so far and it's not been difficult given I'm only on about cals, does feel naughty eating some of the stuff to get the fat intake in but gonna stick with it.
