Rule Summary click for more info: General Posting Guidelines click for more info: Report on my 2 week experience with Clenbuterol. It is, like some of the research I've read states, definitly a powerful fat loss agent.
It doesn't work on cattle only, it works on humans too. During those 2 weeks of cut that followed the end of the bulk, I still ate like a pig calories above my TDEE compared to during my bulk. Even in spite of that, I lost over 20 pounds. However, I don't know of much of it is water weight and how much of it is actually fat, as it's not really possible to tell.
During the first week, I administered Clenbuterol orally, in tablet format. Each tablet is 20mcg; I started with a single tablet, and then administered one more tablet every day until reaching mcg. In the second week, I used the same daily quantity, except that I administered it in liquid form, through injection. I used a 18g 1. Based on my calculations, mcg of tablet format Clenbuterol is equal to roughly 1 mL of the liquid format, so I injected 0.
You don't have to use both formats by the way, I just did so because I wanted to test both, to see which one worked best for me; turns out I actually had less of the side effects from injecting, although this might have nothing to do with the format of administration at all.
During those 2 weeks, I also administered 3 mg taurine capsules daily. As studies have shown, Clenbuterol depletes taurine levels in the liver, which stops the conversion of the thyroid hormone triiodothyronine into thyroxine. This, in turn, has been reported to result in painful muscle cramps in many users that I've talked to.
Training wise, I avoided all forms of HIIT; simply walking on a treadmill for about 45 min daily was pretty exhausting. I also followed a fairly standard 4-day heavy weight workout routine, with 2 days for upper body and 2 days for legs.
This is because, like I said, my goal was to maintain muscle mass and strength as much as possible despite being on a lower caloric intake. Nutrition wise, my fast-digesting carbohydrate intake cycled naturally, as I had none on rest days. If you have any other questions, throw them at me and I will do my best to answer them.
That was just my personal experience by the way, it might not reflect what you or other people have experienced using Clenbuterol. Personally, though, I will definitly use it again. The side effects that I experienced dizziness, night sweats, increased sweating, dry mouth were definitly worth it!
Any supplement is dangerous if used incorrectly. If you can't be bothered to do it safely you deserve everything that happens to you. Yes, it's about weight loss, but in an unhealthy way that has nothing to do with actually becoming fitter. Oral, intramuscular and intravenous are not interchangeable methods of administration. The amount and the speed of absorption of the drug can vary greatly. Be careful when changing methods of administration like that.
If you do overdose you can use a beta blocker as an antidote, or you could if you were a horse with obstructive airways Personally, I have the stuff to measure out minuscule amounts.
But yeah, it's true that it's easy to overdose with the liquid format, so gotta be careful. And according to this thread, clen is equivalent to EC stacks. In fact, last time I researched it there are lots of people who think it's similar to EC, and still many others who swear it's better.
How do you reconcile these pieces of information with your claim of 5 pounds a week in fat loss while eating at a surplus?
Is there something else going on you're not mentioning? I feel like you're selling a magic pill when the reality is that neither clen nor EC are. You might expect the kind of results you mention on DNP, but even that is suspect. Hell, I can drop around 16 pounds of water no problem if I try, and with no carbs on rest days plus 45 minutes of walking and a heavy weightlifting routine I think it's more likely you're seeing less fat loss and more water loss than you're claiming.
OPs results are pretty much in line with observable usage in bodybuilders. The only misinformation in this thread is that clen is safe. It is very toxic to the body and not a drug I would classify as safe in any regards. Also, where OP didn't have bad side effects, it should be noted that many users have very strong side effects and often cycles are stopped to do to the inability to handle them. It is a very powerful drug. Specifically, I am calling into question the claim of 10 pounds in 2 weeks while eating calories over TDEE.
Ok cool, just making sure. Apologies if I assumed, it just seemed like you might have questioned the potential severity of weight loss of the drug. Yeah, I mean, no one will really know. I have absolutely zero doubts he lost 10lbs of weight. Now whether it was all fat or lbs of glycogen and water combined with fat loss - it just feels a bit pedantic to me I guess. I wouldn't question lbs of fat in 2 weeks on clen honestly.
Side note to others reading this comment chain: DNP is not for you. Unless you are stepping on stage at the Olympia - there will never be a reason where the good outweighs the bad in using it. I understand what you're saying, but you misunderstood one thing The only thing that I'm not eating on rest days is fast-digesting carbohydrate, a.
So you're saying that clen creates a deficit of 2, calories per day? Best case is you're waaaay overestimating your intake, worst case is you're straight up lying. I'll let you tell us which it is.
Like I said, I don't know how much of it is water weight. All I can tell is that I check my weight and look at myself in the mirror every morning. And 2 weeks later my weight had dropped by 20 numbers and I felt noticeably less fat by looking at myself in the mirror. Most fat percentage tests are highly inaccurate and the ones that are somewhat so are highly expensive and inaccessible outside of a clinical setting.
That's why I prefer to rely on subjectivity. With that sort of subjectivity, I think it might be wise to edit the OP and only mention scale weight and not mention fat loss. I think this sort of misinformation, especially this close to the new year, might encourage people to turn to a stimulant with several negative side effects without fully understanding what they're getting into.
What I think happened in your case is that you actually are at a deficit, and the combined change in diet less food in the gut and added cardio shedding water accounts for the majority of the weight swing.
It's not uncommon for folks to see huge swings in scale weight in these circumstances. Right now, I'm torn between trying to turn this into an educative thread for 'fitness newbies' and simply removing the thread.
What should I do? If you play any sort of competitive sport keep in mind this is a WADA banned substance. Doping is bad mmk? This is right though. Don't use Clen if you're competing in a sport at a level where they test athletes for banned substances. Not sure why people are downvoting this, but I gave you an update, sir! The only stuff you can get in Australia is the gel, here is how i took it if anyone is interested:. I love the stuff, i don't find the shakes bother me that much, i lost a couple of kgs but i also kept my size.
If you would like to do the same, add the browser extension GreaseMonkey to Firefox and add this open source script. Anybody thinking about using this should inform themselves on the dangers and seriously ask if it's worth losing a little fat over. I know a woman who competed and this stuff ruined her thyroid, she's fat as hell now.
All to look a certain way. So many kids here. I don't think there's anything wrong with use, it's just not exactly the safest thing in the world.
Fair enough, I misread the study I had seen. However, if you have bad kidneys and don't know, creatine can fuck you. It can also cause altered levels of creatinine and cause a false positive for renal failure. It's not safe if used without proper preparation or research, just like clenbuterol.
I'm not advocating NOT using creatine, I'm just trying to point out that any supplement can cause adverse effects. To single one out because those effects are a little worse is childish. Either way, clen isn't dangerous if you're not a retard with it. Don't take extreme doses and you'll be fine. The comment you replied to specifically mentioned kids. Therefore your "not retarded with it" clause does not apply. How do you figure? I would imagine if the kid is smart enough to track down clen, they're smart enough to research it.
Yeah but supplementing water can kill you if you drink too much. Pretty dangerous if done incorrectly.
